1. How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to fulfill orders within a 3 to 6 week timeline. Processing timeline depends on existing orders

 

2. Can I pick up steps from the yard?

At this time, we are offering delivery only. You will need to specify when ordering if you're capable of offloading the steps upon delivery. If not, additional charges will apply for offloading.

3. Do you offer installation?

Yes. We offer full service from production to installation, and removal and disposal of existing steps. Prices vary.

4. Do you offer railing production and installation?

Yes. We offer built onsite black or white aluminum railings, or custom order steel railings.

5. Maintenance

* Do not use salt in the winter on the steps. This will damage the step over time and voids our product warranty.

** Use an ice melter product on the steps in the winter.

*** Avoid buildup up of organic debris on the step, as this will lead to staining.
